Funny Poster
Everyone loves a funny poster hanging up on the wall. After all, who doesn’t like to laugh? Well, there are people who seemingly do not like to laugh, but it wouldn’t be wise to dwell upon them. It is a lot more fun to spend time thinking or talking about a cool poster one may have seen.
Now, while everyone will find something funny, not everyone has the same tastes and sensibilities as to what is funny. This does not mean some people may laugh at a joke while others may groan when they hear it. What it means is that some people may hear a joke or see a written joke that is very offensive to them.
If one is the person who told the joke or circulated the written version of a joke, and it turns out to be more offensive than funny; that can be a fairly embarrassing situation. So, to play it safe, keep the humor light and not off-color.
Keep It Clean
So, if one is going to hang up a poster, it would be wise to stick with a poster that is of a PG rated variety. This is not all that tough of an order. There are many funny, yet family friendly posters that one can choose from. A lighthearted funny poster usually will work a lot better than one that may be controversial. This is most appropriate in the workplace more than anywhere else

Actually, a humorous funny poster in the workplace can liven the environment up a great deal, provided that it doesn’t put anyone off. Again, the PG rule is in effect here. A funny poster that is not funny to some people will totally undermine the value of adding a funny poster to the work force in the first place and who would want that type of situation?
Different Types of Posters
What types of funny posters are considered the best funny posters? That is really tough to answer, because best is a matter of personal taste and inclination. When in doubt, however, stick with the top selling funny posters. This is the application of the “50 million Elvis fans can’t all be wrong” logic. It is also a sincere logic, and if one opts for the funny poster that currently appeals to the widest possible audience, its popularity will surely translate to the new environment that it is transported to.
